The Space Odyssey Rainbowl Palette Production Project focuses on (i) Innovation and (ii) the 8-D [8-dimensional] profession-specific development of emerging achievers and leaders in the Creativity Sciences [Including Performance and Entertainment], specifically in the context of the Space Sciences

Max Goes to Space Theatre: Based on Dr Jeff Bennett’s award-winning Max Goes to Space children’s book series

Men and Women in Space Theatre:

  • Astronaut Song: The story of Astronauts who travel in Space - Telling about their sacrifices, balancing Risk with The Beauty of Space
  • Astronaut Rose: Women of Space Tells the story of women in Space exploration, including the sacrifices of the wives of Astronauts who travel in Space [“The Roses of Space”]. In particular the project will recognize the contributions of:
    • First Woman in Space: Colonel-Engineer Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova (1937- ) the Soviet cosmonaut and the first woman in space. She was on the Vostok 5 mission which launched on June 16, 1963, and orbited the Earth 48 times.
    • First Woman to Walk in Space: The Soviet cosmonaut Svetlana Yevgenyevna Savitskaya (August 8, 1948- ) was the first woman to walk in space, on July 17, 1984, aboard the Soyuz T-12. Her spacewalk lasted 3.58 hours. Savitskaya was also the second woman to go into space (aboard Soyuz T-7, launched Aug 19, 1982), and the first woman to go to space twice (in 1982 and 1984).
    • First Woman Space Shuttle Commander: Colonel Eileen Collins US Spacecraft with Shuttle Mission STS-93 [1999]
    • Expedition 16 Colonel/Commander Peggy Whitson, the first female commander of the International Space Station [2007]
  • Yuri’s Journey Tells the story of Yuri Gagarin, the 1st man in space - 1961
  • Man on the Moon: Tells the story of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, the 1st men on the Moon

My Name is Ieta. I am from Planet Zil tells the story of a visitor from another Universe [Universe U2] who got lost during inter-stellar travels and is stranded in our Universe. My name is Ieta is a story-writing initiative that gives children across the World the opportunity to participate in Space Odyssey.
